  Detailed, hands on CFO that joined TapouT, LLC the world's leading mixed-martial arts apparel, gear and lifestyle brand for men, women and children in 2009. Responsibilities included: strategic planning, development and leadership of the entire finance, risk management and human resource functions as well as day-to-day financial operations and management of the Company. Designed detailed, cost accounting executive management reports and reporting systems, propelling the Company's ability to grow. Implemented major software integration and redesign related to production and distribution allowing for more automation and streamlined procedures that significantly improved efficiency while reducing costs. Negotiated and structured equity/debt financing agreements, banking relationships and the sale of the assets of the Company. Coordinating all legal,tax and audit initiatives as well as preparation and/or review of all tax/audit schedules, preparation of timely financial reports that are accurate and in compliance with GAAP; oversight of payroll, A/P, A/R and related functions; establishing and ensuring proper internal financial and management controls; and other functions as assigned.

  Consultant and Tribal Controller for San Manuel Band of Serrano Mission Indians one of the largest employers in the Inland Empire. Established, monitored and implemented accounting policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems in accordance with GAAP for both governmental and non-governmental entities. Responsible for the overall integrity and accuracy of the accounting system, internal and external audits, tax compliance and banking relationships. Successfully designed, facilitated and implemented a tribal wide software conversion from MAS 90 to Lawson including going live without running tandem systems. Created and analyzed operating performance against plans, trends, budgets as well as other standards and reported to the General Council, Gaming Commission and Business Committee on a regular basis. Supervised staff members engaged in all facets of accounting, payroll, benefits and grant management for the Tribal Government.
